How do I take a pic of my own and make it into an avatar?
I have tried but it is too big!
How do I "shrink" it?

easiest way to do it is to go into good ol paint and go to "image" on the tool bar then stretch/skew then keep putting different percentages until it's small enough.

:idea: Try MS paint, present at all windows computers...........or any other photo program.

blue85gt Thanks for the tip. I had never resized pics with Paint. I've always used other editing software. Dugzy33 A typical 640x480 pic it works out to 14%. I can't count how many times people on here have said they cannot resize pics in order to post them.
