Has ANYONE Ever traced down the path of the green tach wire after it leaves the ign & goes thru firewall ? Anyone have a diagram ? My Tach is good & wires under hood are fine, BUT Something is funky under dash ! I can replace the wire with a seperate wire & everything works fine BUT If I try to use the original wire & run thru ribbon on back of cluster to tach it reads Funky.. Add a seperate wire from coil & problem goes away, Could there be a fuseable link or something under dash BEFORE Inst. cluster ?? PLEASE HELP ! This is one of the very last electrical bugs this old car has.. THANKS !

ok i just reviewed my book...and the green wire u are seeing basically goes straight to the tach, thru the breakerless ignition module(could be where ur problem is)...and there's 2 more wires that tie into sensors, lighting and stuff like that(hopefully where the problem is not at)....good luck
