I posted a want ad for a T-5 clutch fork cover, he replied he had one. We agreed on a price and he sent me a cover for a T-45 WHICH WILL NOT FIT A T-5.

First he didn't even want to refund me his cost to ship me the wrong part. Then he said he would so I said fine I will ship it back. Once I realized it was going to cost me $5.00 to return it to him I asked him to refund my shipping cost as well and he REFUSED.

I don't know about you but if I shipped someone the wrong part I would not expect them to pay for my mistake.

Bull****!!!! I offered to send out another cover at my expense but he refused and wanted me to refund his money and not return the original cover I sent. After he sent the part back I promptly refunded his money. After that I did that, I received several vulgar e-mails which I did not respond to.

TRUE - I did not want to wait and drive around with a resurfaced flywheel, new clutch / pressure plate, and new T-5 with a hole in the side of my bellhousing, but you still wouldn't have refunded the cost to return the wrong cover which is the issue.

FALSE - how could anyone expect someone to refund their money and keep a part be it the wrong or right one.

TRUE - I NEVER SAID YOU DIDN'T, I just said that you wouldn't refund my cost to send you back the wrong part that you sent me.

FALSE - I just recieved the PayPal notification that the funds had cleared today and the last email I sent you which was today I said "thanks for nothing a$$hole. That is the one and only time I used a vulgarity, I even used the word please in one of my emails to you. All emails / pm's before today were polite and to the point with no vulgarities at all.
