TRX tires

Sears can get TRX tires for anyone interested....220/55VR390s for 246.00 and 10% off for using charge card. Then add tax. I know still alot but its better than coker's 330 plus s&h!!! So I got 2 for 467.00 incl tax. Just FYI. Hey just found out sams club can get so Sears will price match plus you get 10% more off!! they will cost aroud 180.00 plus tax.

246 dollars? Are you freakin kidding me? I can see if someone is restoring a Stang that came with these turd tires or have money to burn. For the 2 you got you coulda had a nice set of pony rims with decent tires for that price.

Can you still get the HR390's?

I ended up getting both tires for 190.00 ea plus tax and i tried to get ponies and everyone who has them thinks they have a goldmine and wanted 350-400.00 just 4 rims and I would have to buy all rubber for what, 350.00, balance mount etc, now we are at 700.00 0r so and even all who had tires and rims together wanted 600.00 at least. I love the trx rims and only use the rims.tires for ocassional driving and shows and have a set of 10 hole and turbines for daily use and will use them later after I restore them like new. I wanted the trx so i will not have to change the tires/rims unless i am gonna drive hard and now will be able to cruise safly cause 2 of the trx were wore out real bad and bald. And yes I can afford to do this but thought this was a more cost effective way to have it all.

I picked up a set of 4 TRX tires and rims for $165 CDN lots of tread left on 'em too. (5/32nds)

Tire Rack has 'em. The ad says to "call for sizes/prices" which means $$!
Keep an eye on the local traders too.
