i have chosen the rear gears that i am going with and i am thinking that it would get annoying having to shift as much as i am going to...is there a different bellhousing or any way i can get a aod or i would even consider a c4...just trying to get my plans finalized before i start ripping the car apart..thanks in advance

Not without an adapter plate since the AOD has an integral bellhousing.

C4 will require a small bell with the correct dowls or something. Often for sale over at TurboFord.

Not a clue, never looked into it cause I didn't like the idea of having no overdrive.

Gears that high might not be that good in a Turbo car. A guy I know switched from 3.73s to 3.27s and he said he likes it better. Ran 10.44 a few weeks ago.

There are some threads on TurboMustangs.com under the Main Tech forum.
