Well I found a diamond in the ruff last night.... I had to find a replacement for the SVO.. so I bought a 1983 Capri. Very nice straight body with zero body rust and never been wrecked!! It is an ex 4cyl car..
Picked it up for $1250 delivered!! Car runs and drives excellant and has 500 miles on the complete drivetrain swap. I plan on using it as my winter beater...

DUde, that's a great deal, even in california terms!!! what in hell would make one do a v8 swap on a capri and dump it 500 miles later for only $1200 I don't get it,.... financial desperation???

good score for you!

I know, huh? Maybe they had an "extream" gambling problem :)

I would have picked that baby up also. Great find.
Have fun with it!
