17" Smoked Cobra R's on the 83 Capri RS.. Thoughts?

I like them! The 4 lug cobra R's as Im sure will be mentioned are fugly and overly used but the smoked style suits the car IMO.

Yeah, the aftermarket Cobra Rs aren't my favorite. I think the new 2004 Cobra 5 spoke or the 2000 Cobra 5 spoke wheels would look nice done up like that?

The wheels themselves are not my favorite. The color combo looks killer. Those smoked wheels look great on the car.

Thanks all for the comments... I'm thinking of switching the car over to 5-lug and installing the 92-93 Saleen wheels in gun metal...

Anyways, I always thought the new Mach 1 Magnum 500's would look awesome on four eyes..

I have a pick somewhere on my computer at work of a Black modified late 80s Mustang GT with the new magnum Mach I wheels on it and it's lowered a little....man they look good on a fox Mustang, sure they'd look at home on a four-eye stang!

These were silver .. I painted them with Grey GunMetal paint from PepBoys.. $3.99 a can.. used 2 cans

I am not a fan of aftermarket wheels in general, but I will readily concede that the smoked look is a good one. The color really looks good on that car.

That combo looks good. The Saleens would look good too and I might even prefer them in gun metal...especially in 5-lug.
