235/60-15 DRs from Nitto or BFG should be fine and will fit the stock 10-holes just fine.
I've also heard that the new Mickey Thompson Drag Radials are awesome! As good as their ET Streets! But I don't know if they are available in 235/60-15s.
Hmm.. nope. According to Summit, the smallest those are available in is 275/50-15 and 275/60-15. Those will physically FIT on the 10-holes, but they are too wide for a 7" rim. The car will tend to wobble a bit in turns and at speeds.
EDIT:
Damn.. I knew I should go to the source. Just because Summit doesn't show them, doesn't mean that MT doesn't make them. According to the MT web site, the ET Street Radials ARE available in 235/60-15. they're slightly more than BFGs of the same size, but they should hit better.

I've got the 235-60-15 BFGs on my 85 GT and LOVE them. If I ever burn through these tires (haven't been to the track since November), I'm going with the M/Ts to see how they do. But, no complaints from the BFGs, I'm on my second set.

One of the mods on The Corral has a set of MTs on his car. He said he drove to the track, pulled into the lanes, no burnout, equaled his best 60' time on ET Streets and only a tick off his slicks 60'.

I've seen 275/50/15, 26/10.5 ET STREETS, and 28/10.5 ET STREETS all had no issues. A friend of mine even used 28/10W ET DRAGS on ten holes, and those messure almost 12" sidewall to sidewall, but of course thats was drag only and never put more than 11 lbs in them.
Hope this helps

Oh by the way, if your looking for the best hooking tire, try the HOOSIER QUICK TIME PRO. They're street legal, hook the best(from what I've seen), but they don't last very long(if you drive them on the street), but thats the only downfall.
A friend of mines dad 1.28 60' on set of them (28/11.5/15)
