crank seal

Can someone give me awalk through on cleaning up an old timing cover. I need to replace the crank seal. How is that done, I already have the new seal. thanks

No one knows how to get the crank seal out of the timing cover?

I use a hammer and punch to tap it out, from the inside out.

Install With seal installer, large socket, or evenly tap seal back in with small hammer... :D
