Rocker arms

Would 1.8 rockers work without clearance issues on my stock 88 5.0 and what kinda horsepower increase should I expect from this ratio? Where would I find some rocker arms of this ratio and would 1.73 be better?

I dont know anything about rocker arm ratio's......maybe people are like me. Maybe someone could put up a good explanation on the ratio's are hp?
