Will the stock heater core and radiator hoses work with the 351W?

Not positive, but I think they will. You may want to consider coolant flow restrictors in the hoses, especially if in an AC car. If no AC the heater core is very easy to change.

Since you are staying with the small block family, nothing will change. I assume you are using a Mustang "reverse spinning" water pump, and the standard radiator. Those are what determine your hose sizes. And you may need a different brass fitting for your heater return line that goes into your intake, depending on your intake. I used a nice 90' Earl's hose end on mine.
