Runs a little better than the 86(which doesn't idle for crap...). But the interior is a mess, the body has less rust, the underside is clean, and the exhaust is mostly intact(less than mine for sure). And look, the engine bay is virtually untouched!

Cost: $400

Hopefully after I get the new engine in the 86, this will get a V8.

Oh my, the twin is beautiful...I think I may have to shed a tear

I was going to do racing stripes on mine to but i didnt know if they would look good or not but after seeing it i like the straight black better, it's still an awesome car though, good luck with it! :D

As soon as I get the cash, i'm getting some paint and covering those up. Only major thing I don't like about it.

Oh...the seats were reinstalled wrong...its funny, the passenger seat(which is now the driver's seat), is broken...it won't stay in position unless you are sitting in it...the spring is laying under the seat too!

I need to find a deal on a complete interior.

HAHAH gotta love mustangs, if its not one thing its another, when someone sits in my passenger seat it clicks down one setting  but i still love that car with all my heart, it's constant up keep but that makes it that much more meaningful.

The 86 does that for both seats...its funny driving and it does it while driving...even funnier when a passenger is in it  FREAK OUT!

The seats in the 85 are rather firm though...the 86...flat.

I could build one perfect car...but I want to build two half pieces of junk with decent engines instead

haha yeah 2 half decents with diff engine combos and such its great knowing that you can mod a car to you own will  haha my mustang is rather stock compltley except for a new front bumper cover (my other one torn over the years) and a new rear bumpercover (87-93 style) although i think im gunna change it back because i want it to be original again, I changed the bumper before i relized the true beauty of my four eye.... I was dumb and nieeve (however you spell it

After today's check over I found that the front end is damaged more than just the bumper cover...noting big, but not good either. Proably can be pulled back.

The Blower Fan doesn't work...either the switch on the HVAC is damged or the blower fan itself.

Power Steering makes noise, put in some fluid...looked kinda low.

But damn...

It still turns over once and idles good...I LOVE THAT

EDIT

Oh, and the turn signals don't work(lets hope its a fuse...), I still have the old turn signal from the other car, but this one is stiff still. Also the Hazards work, but the left side bulb looks to be out.
