2. A new passenger goes to get out of your 79 Mustang, but they can't get out. Why?

3. Why doesn't your 85 Mustang GT have a carburator?

4. What made the 85/86 SVOs more aerodynamic than the 84 SVO?

5. What years between 79 and 86 did the turbos have more horsepower than the v-8s?

6. What is the only way you can pull the Ford halo headrest out of your 83-86 GT(without breaking anything)?

7. What year did the Mercury Capri become roomier, and what was the conversion(had to throw one in for you Capri guys)?

8. What has to be removed to replace a rear quarter window frame on our four eyed Capris and Mustangs?

9. You're driving down a lonely highway in the wintertime in your 85/86 GT(other year GTs probably too, but these for sure). Your interior is filling up with exaust. You don't have an exaust leak. What's wrong?

10. Finally, your wife is trying to start your 85 GT with a carburator, but it won't start. What is she doing wrong? (I'm pretty sure this feature was added by 85. *Post your answers then read everybody else's*

This is too cool!

I'm going to keep my mouth shut as I'd probably get yelled at for answering.

Thanks for posting this!

Ok,

Negusm did really good. A few discrepancies, though his answers were very close.

1. When driving an 86 Gt on a foggy night, you would have your foglights on, if they actually still work. When you turn on your brights, your foglights automatically turn off.

4. Correct evlrs, Ford had not switched to flush headlights yet.

5. Turbo 4s had more horsepower than the v8 in 80 and 81 when the v8 was detuned to the 255, and in 86 when the svo was upped to 205 hp, and the GT, with the new EFI was down to 200.

6. Yes, you unzip the bottom of the seat, unhook the clamp that is attaching the foam to the metal frame and go in. But from there a wrench isn't going to get it. A long flat top screw driver in one hand, and feeling for the clip with your other hand, you jam the screw driver in the lower lip of the clip, twist, and have your wife yank on the headrest. With any luck, you get to watch your wife fly across the room when it comes loose.

8. Yes, the plastic panel needs to be moved out of the way. If you want to be comfortable and you don't want to cut your panel, you also need to take the upper and lower rear seat out to fully move the panel out of your way. Why do you need to move the panel out of the way? Because to get that stupid frame out you have take the quarter glass out.

9. Backing into a snowbank is good, but your hatch not shut all the way will do it too. Cough.

10. Clutch not in all the way was what I was thinking, but the other answers will do just fine.
