Does anyone know where to find a good quality either fiberglass or steel 2 1/2" Cowl Induction hood for my 1984 1/2 Mustang? I've seen quite a few around, I just want something that will last and at the same time look good and be cost-effective.

I was just curious, why are you asking about a good quality hood and then 7 days later recommending cincinatti composites as a good hood you use on your anny? You state you've had 3 of their hoods without problems, why don't you just get another one of theirs? I am looking for a hood and I have been looking at them also. I just wanted an explanation so I don't end up getting a product I am not satisfied with. Thanks!

Cincinnati has one of the WORST reputations out there, period. You're getting what you pay for, and even less than that due to the body work they'll need.

To answer this question: I had several Mustang owners tell me that CC is complete crap for my mustang and to dump the hood, so before went go and repaint my Anny I wannt another hood for the car so just to be absolutly safe. I still haven't had any problems with the CC hood on my 86, but just to be sure I wanted another potential hood.

I've actually decided to put a Turbo hood on in place of the stock hood I have right now. Sorry for the confusion.
