I have an 86' 5.0L Notchback. I have seen lots of the notchbacks in 4 cyl and V6. I haven't yet seen a true factory notchback with a 5.0L engine besides mine. What is the rarity of this?

yeah, they made more 86s than 85s (I think). Both are roght around 2700-3000. Which is why I kick the crap outtas myself for selling my 85 5 liter notch

You guys are gonna be sick! I bought 1 for $500 bucks last month! Very rough but solid drove it into the garage. Now here is the part where you are really going to be sick. I am putting a BB in it next year.

Why would that make us sick? Unless it was a low-mileage perfect and pristine car, there's no big deal about that. And as long as you're not making it a bastard.

Putting an aero nose on it, however, is a different story.

We're not stocker purists here. We like modified cars. For the most part, that which has survived to like new should be left the way it is out of respect for it's survival, but if it's banged up like most 18 y/o cars are, have fun with it, just keep it four eyed.
