hey fellas this is my first post... i have a 79 2.3 turbocharged mustang... i would like to know how rare are these cars..this one is a 4 speed coupe...thanks alot...

I'm actually trying to find numbers for a 79 Cobra 2.3 Turbo... If I come across anything, i'll let you know

Darcy, according to "The Ultimate Mustang" (which is currently on sale at Border's Book Stores), there were less than 7,000 1979 Mustang Cobra's produced. It did not break down the 2.3 Turbo vs. the 5.0 V-8's though. I've been searching all over for information on the '79-'81 Cobras but can't seem to come up with much. They seem to be the "forgotten" models of the Fox generation. :( They also did not break down the other Turbo models.
